Anyone do sqft pricing for sewer jobs? Thinking about doing this for non-insurance jobs. Easier for customer. Is $10- $15 per sqft to high??

Might not be enough. ???

We normally site estimate all sewage work but in cases where the client needs a number we will give them 3k as a starting point. Large basements with lots of affected contents can easily get to double that amount after debris removal and wash down.

We have a lot of unfinished basements. A lot times most people just wanted it extracted and cleaned. In that scenario do you think those numbers are high?
