Today..
The wand to the right did a large 2 inch thick white shag and a bed rm and hall for $340 while the wand and hand tool on the left did a sofa, chair and fr for $330.

In less then 2 hours :)

Hey, I've been in that house. Nice lady.

"Thick white shag" doesn't do it justice.
I think it's super duper, dense, thick white shag.

There's just so much more to it than that.

when we can dual wand residential has saved anywhere from 1/2 to 1/3 total time, generally only do it with a house of at least 2 levels, or cleaning upholstery/area rugs

have had a few houses where you have dual wanded each house at the same time

have saved on gas and total hours on the machine

accountant was fairly impressed with the cost savings

the machine isn't for everyone

I would have put an old cotton pad under the hose that is on the gutter and the window ledge

just in case brian did not do the math it is a bit over 5%. 8) not bad mikey

Relativity has everything to do with it and there is more overhead than the "5%" listed.
We hear $26,000.00 and we think Mikey is a rich man.
I hope you are but give the area you live and the operation you run it's doubtful.
You should be doing twice that.
I did $10,000.00 more than that with a 175, a CO2 tank and a minivan.

For twelve months in a row, 4 years straight?

How much of that went to marketing and franchise payments?

I find that a bit far fetched.

and if you truly did perform the Chem Dry method with one van and pulled in 36G's every month you my friend are a scum bag.

Nope,
But I did do it more than a few times.
My average with Chem-Hack was $20,000.00 every month...it had to be.
I lived in San Jose...a little cheaper than Santa Cruz and the franchise fees were only $375.00 per month.
They got me on the "you have to buy your chems from us" thing. Expensive. About $1000.00 per month just for the "natural. Yikes.
They also made us buy whatever crappy ass new equipment that came out because I signed a new agreement with them when I bought my own franchise. My parents had an original and it wasn't transferable.

Just wasn't a good business model...plus my partner screwed me because I didn't know how to run a business...best thing that ever happened to me.

By the way, I did that my first year and for the 4 years I owned it. I moved up to the Sacramento area and worked for another Chem-dry until I was able to start my Steam Cleaning business...about 1 year.

And for the huge Chem-dry...Chem Dry by Dan White...I consistently did $30,000.00 or better per month...I just didn't get to keep but 25% of it and I had a helper.

Of course that chem dry was portables and 175s. Yikes

"Why are we doing so much work??"
I didn't discuss my pay with anyone...hell, I don't know why I am doing it now.

It must be my infatuation with you Mikey.
