I am very careful (more like OCD) on finding out where my clients come from since most come from referrals. I like to drop a note or card to that referral source for doing so.
I have noticed over the past few months that as I am pulling up repeat clients the lead source section is empty. I very, very rarely will ever leave that blank and has been that way since starting SM. This was really the main reason for getting it was to track referrals and source of business to the number.
I am noticing more and more that this box is now empty - something is not right. Not sure what or when but I pulled up my undefined lead sources and have 60+ accounts with no lead source. I only average 15-20 new customers per month, so 3 - 4 months worth of customers with no lead source. Nope.
Has anyone else noticed this issue?
