My customer is very clean...only lives there half the year...and all the previous years of cleaning her white nylon carpet..I never recall any trailing like this..esp after 18 months and 6 month cleanings...no pets..and they're retired somewhat conservative people

Well it sounds like the same rhetoric that has been posted on here for a few years. The one part I didn't understand (if I read it right) was the part about Shaw recommending HWE without chemicals. They recommend HWE with CRI -approved chemistry. Mohawk touts the you can clean it with water only which causes a whole lot of unhappy clients.
On all polyesters acid dye stains are removed easier from polys than they are from nylons. But try to remove oily substances (lipstick) from polyester and you will be wishing for your POG.

"Rhetoric" is a poor choice of words, unless you really DO believe our opinions are lacking of meaningful content.

We work with this stuff every day. We know how it cleans and how it wears.
