Smoke, ash soot cleanup pricing

My house is covered in soot & ash from the near by wild fires, the interior has a heavy smoke odor & requires a complete cleanup because my son has asthma, unfortunately since we don't perform fire restoration I don't know pricing for these services.

Anyone have a price sheet for smoke & soot for a complete cleanup in & around a house? Any web sites that list that kind of pricing?

Looking for vacuuming of all fabrics pricing, air duct cleaning, ozone machine pricing, odor treatments etc...

Pricing varies in different parts of the country. I would suspect your area would be among the highest.

Bluebook is one source of pricing that yu can purchase for around $60. (pcoket version.)
When I was cleaning walls, I got 11 cents per sq. ft. for light soot up to 18 cents per sq. ft. for heavy soot. Since the fire was not in your home, I wouls suspect you would be at the light soot level. But my prices were for rural Tennessee 5 years ago.

Xactimate has a pretty big price tag for once in a while usefulness.
