SO,now

we used all encap prespray and rinse, then ran the bonnet over it. my question is now after the pads dry will the encapped dirt just fall off or do i have to vacuum them?

Some might say you should op them to "remove" the soil

I suppose if you sewed them all together and stretched them accross the room with tack strip it you could do it.
