Larry and his infamous testing...lol

maybe he and Mike West removed some pork chop grease from their trousers to determine the winner.

If you had attended any of the upholstery cleaning seminars seminars,

you would have been aware of the 2.5 HOURS of hands-on cleaning with the Hotel furniture on Friday morning.

8:30 - 11:00 am – Live Hands on Demonstrations
CLEANING SECTION:
Upholstery Cleaning – Shawn Bisaillon. Hands on demonstration of expert procedures for cleaning and restoring upholstered fabrics. See the tools of the trade and specialized techniques to add to your service.

If you hadn't spent your lifelong savings on the AT truck . . .

you could have registered for all of the seminars.

Larry

P.S. Shawn did a great instruction job for the two seminars on Upholstery Cleaning.

He had about ten different tools for the "hands-on" cleaning.

If you get a chance to take a class from him, you will enjoy his enthusiastic approach.

I can pretty much guarantee you I've cleaned far more upholstery than any of the Segway crowd Larry.

Im sure there was plenty to be learned for non cleaners such as yourself
If only I could "like" this post more than once!

Bark a lounge. (I think that's a recliner but I had to say it. ) My dad used to say that. .. along with dungarees and chest of drawers.

There is a cfr hand tool that is 5 inch wide instead of 3 inches. It has no vac relief.

I wonder who makes the rotovac ss-looking tool. it looks like a winner if you can use high pressure and clean with trigger on going forward and back. Cfr tools only clean pulling back but can do high pressure and different choice of jets. They are very popular in england.

Shawn runs several TM crews every day,

so I think he has lots of experience with upholstery.

Also, not many cleaners have TEN current upholstery tools hooked up to an extractor to try on actual dirty pieces of furnitue.

I never saw him on a Segway.

Larry

P.S. Bill Y. seminar on selling was another good one.

Somewhere I may have an old VCR tape of Bill teaching an upholstery class. It would be SUCH an awesome blackmail tool if I only could find it.

Suspect the boys recorded a UK basketball game over it....

Rotovac manufactures the upholstery tool here in the USA. It cleans equally with the trigger on forward and back and gets closer to the corners and edges than the SS tool.

I know everyone told me to just let the sleeping dog lie but I can't.
The suspense is killing me.

This thread had gone off the original course so far that I figured nobody remembered. Thanks for asking.

It's ok. Nothing special ... just OK.

I probably like it better than I do my old PMF tool, but not by much. The tool still sucks the fabric up into the slot just enough to make the tool drag.

If both slots were Teflon and had holes instead of slots, it would be the BOMB!

So your review is that it's the Best upholstery tool you've ever used so far?
I'll send you another one for the same deal and split the freight.
Heck, I'll even ask Nina to put it together so you don't have to call her.
