That is my definition of swamped.

LOL- it has been a long winter, but finally kicking in for us too. We have a lot more than 647 scheduled out Mikey, but not waiting so to speak, they are on when they want to be on. We're still tracking a month behind though :-(

Last month was a good month ,this one a bit slower but next month has already started booking into the the 3rd week that's on houses not apartments. The apartments always run good for us

This is the busiest I have ever been. I tried to take the 3 day weekend but Saturday has two jobs and a lady just texted me wanting some work on Monday.

Busy here with commercial and residential. Need to take a leap to 1 additional van and a garage to keep all this stuff! Scared of the slow Iowa winters though. Glad to hear most guys here are doing well!

Carpet is picking up but not slammed, very busy next week but its commercial driving it.

Fire busy and water has been consistent, we were out Saturday & Monday night then last night. Last night, lots of wet drywall they called and additional guy in to help them, out until 10:00. Duct crew had a project at the University three guys until 10:00 last night also.

Maybe we should start a night crew?

I have about 12-15, that are non pressing squeeze me in when you can.....

another 10 or so, that i need to find away to fit in....soon

another 10 or so, that are on the schedule via monthly or quarterly, that are a week or so behind

and of course the call ins that need done NOW...

Had 1 call Monday...can you do this week, its a restaurant... Hummmmm....maybe tues night (that was last night). Wed, no....Thur, No, Fri No, Sat No....ok maybe Tue if i get done with my other job...oh it started at 10 am.....

wellllllll 7pm last night..had to call and push it to next week...got home around midnight.....

and damnit forgot the after pics, from being exhausted.....shoulda tracked down a 3rd guy....

wide ass open store with shelves moved....still harder then you would think.....

ohhhh and you aint dry stripping this

this spot had 2" thick paint and who knows what else, as it was under the paint mixing area...took my guy 45 min to chisel it up

and pretty much what everything looked like in the store




aside from rust staining, it looked pretty good.....but i was only focused at getting done.....14 hr day puts a whooping on ya......

Richard that was hilarious- I m waaay overdue for a massage. It's probably been at least a year.

Mikey I am sorry I don't have that data avail at my fingertips, but likely 85-95% repeat and referral as per usual. Don't fixate on the 647 # please, if it was that low I'd be shitting bricks about covering expenses.

my record was 42 jobs booked.......in one day....
always started at 10 AM and finish steady calling around 6 or 6:30 PM

"OHH MR BOB.I was jus getting ready to call you"

i had them on a three month rotation!
PLUS...i would send out reminder cards four times a year..(usually about 1250 to steady custys)
