The 5 gal. jug/bottle your chems go in to make Stock Solution, sits next to machine, hose goes in it, what's it called?

Is 5 gal. the norm?

I've googled every term I can think of to find this.

5 gal is pretty normal.
a plastic 5 jug is the norm from what I've seen on many TMs

don't know if there's a "technical" name for it.
Guess whatever the manufacture calls it in the manual would be the "correct' term...at least for that manufacture .
Steamway calls it a "solution tank"

I've always called it the "emulsion tank"
You can call it the 'soap jug" if you want .

"stock tank/jug" sounds good too.

5 gallon is the norm for your main cleaner that you use the most (whatever that may be.)

I also carry a bunch of 2 gal (to be exact, Mytee's 7 quarts jugs) with other cleaners that I do not use as frequently.
Like, wool, acid cleaners etc.

ya'll could just buy 5 gal of juice from DSC (they have many very good products) and you'll have a 5 gal jug .
I've given away dozens of them over the years .

they make great waste oil containers too..... 8)

Headpack is the name from the manufacturers. Solution jug works OK as well. $11 from Interlink. We get them from Winco for $5.95 but then we wash them out for you. Plus we have to make a profit. :)
