Strip it with vct stripper and a black pad under your 175 and seal with a penetrative. Expect some effloresence to occurr in the grout and possibly in the tile. Dont fight it. Let it come up and dry scrub it loose. Not a floor for perfectionists.. Reactions: Lee Stockwell and Shane Deubell

Jul 9, 2015 #3 S Shane Deubell Guest Ahh man, looks like old wax in the grout lines That can be a real pia to get out. Charge a lot and plan on moving pretty slow. Once in a while you get lucky and it comes right off. I would test the grout lines first with spray bottle of stripper and hand brush. See if its going to come off easily. Reactions: Jim Pemberton
