Isn't Sunbrella just Polyester?
Why is it sometimes difficult to clean--- especially when Plants "cum" all over it?
Could it be the sun bakes the soil into the fabric?
going High Ph seems to help-- but a lot of work for Polyester!
I doubt the cushions would be worth the high cost of FPA-- but more power to you if they buy it.

I checked the sunbrella website. It's 100% solution dyed acrylic. Site said fabric doesn't support mold, however mold can grow in the soil in n on the cushions. Site said we can even use Bleach on the fabric.. it's also OK to go Hi-PH on the stuff-- good to know in the future.

Don't believe everything you read JohnJohn... I've seen where tenants in upper scale vacation rentals put sunbrella in a washing machine and fade the shit out of it... It's a pretty durable fabric, but use caution as always... If you need to use bleach on it, it's probably best to tell them to toss it...
