It is funny how most think that things just take minutes to make.
I realize it takes more than that but they have all the parts except the tube. So that part would take the 10 minutes to cut and bend and then weld on head attach other parts so 20 minutes.

Why can't they make a 2" stair tool with a wide head. I bet they could put one together in 10 minutes.

Can you tell jondon or another big supplier(John) to get it rolling? I know they would sell. I'm tired of using 1.5" toys.

I believe they have been asked many times about this(2" stair tool) and THEY believe there is no market for it.:headscratch:

And while they are at it... If they could fix the valve hanger to fit other valves(like a soft touch) that would be helpful. I shouldn't have to bend or "adjust" things on a 300$ tool. The current valve is just dumb.

Also, the angle of the piece/bar that holds the jets sprays like 2" behind the head. And is too close to the carpet(a glide is a must)It's also flimsy and bends very easily. The glide for it... Is also not perfect, because it is holed about an inch on each side gets clogged with dirt/crud.

The wand in one jet form is pointless, they should just make all of them with 2 jets. With one jet it simply flooded the middle.

The swivel... Is wonderful, leave it alone!

After the glide, jets & brass it's like a 4-450$ stair tool...

Now for church pew cleaning it's pretty much perfect and great to work with(well, as long as you mod the entire tool)...
