If soaking in Saiger's Red and Stripper along with a Malgirt scrub that brought up slurry and a high pressure rinse doesn't do it what would you suggest?

Oil dry scrubbed in with your feet then rinse again. Those spots will disappear easily.

That's how we got rid of them in the hangar when I was a helicopter mechanic. Stains were unacceptable.

It doesn't matter it always works, sealed or not.

It's the only way to finish the job I know of.
