Hands down, the best, most trouble free piece of gear I've ever owned is my buddy, Ol' Rusty. I bought Rusty used after the Great Van Fire of 04. It's a 15 inch Mastercraft 175. There's no quit in Rusty. The only instance when he took time off was when the plug end died. He's stripped a ton of floors, scrubbed miles of carpets with nary a whimper. I just had to give a shout out to Rusty, he's the best!

For me it is my first machine I ever purchased and it is a high speed nilfisk advance buffer 20 inch whirlamatic going on 16 years of faithful trouble free service.

Put a trans in it a 4-5 years ago(2k) few little things, breaks, etc... Been a great van, kept me safe, never missed a day of work because of the van.

Next summer we should get something different. The rust is starting and it's only going to get worse.

Kinda sad, it's got my name(cooper's) all over it...

My Vortex treated me good until I was able to by the new Everst 650 hp. I'm really liking the Zipper for commercial work also

Everybody beat me to it but I would be lost without my Tennant 175/300 17 inch buffer.

Next to that is my battery sprayer from TSC, 5 gallon where I replaced the whimpy 40 psi and mounted a 100 psi flojet.
Push it forward and spray ahead..................fantastic! 5 years old and only on the second battery.

Not saying it's my favorite or anything, but the Prochem Quad is probably the best single piece of equipment I have owned.

Goes and goes and goes. Drop it down a flight of concrete steps (which I have) and it just asks for more.

Prochem Performers. That big Nissan just keeps on purring no matter how many hours we have on them. Great value, it was build for the long haul. Carpet cleaning, water damage, they just keep making us money.

The best equipment for me is a computer AND smartphones. (with Internet access)

Nothing has worked and helped me as much as these.

As far as cleaning tools go, I'd say the Orbot and truckmounts.

Edit: I think the Orbot made me the most money...(encapping, prescrubbing hwe, tile and grout, stone polish wood floor,)

I would Have to say my Prochem Peak.. Damn thing is very dependable! As far as performance I love my Apex, just a bit more wrenching, but it holds at 230 all day after changing the water box dump valve..
