That process wouldn’t be extracting anything.
Threw 5 glad pads and 8 polar pads in the washer last night, opened the door after the first cycle… the water was disgusting.
Of course pads don’t extract like proper HWE, but on many jobs, a full rinse isn’t needed.
Plus… carpet that has been VLM’d looks better for longer.

I prefer the old fashion way of washing my hair, simply because I can rinse every bit of dirt out of my hair with warm water. Afterwards, if I rub a white cotton towel on my freshly cleaned hair, there won’t be any dirt left on the towel.

Moral of the story is all methods of cleaning carpet are pretty shitty, it comes down to looking clean and smelling clean. Every drop of water left in carpet after HWE is dirty water.
