Like the Truckmount Manufactures session we had at the last MF, I'm thinking you guys could get a lot out of having some owners of 2 to 5 truck operations answering questions.

You can't tell the Lifer One Truck Wonders anything but those looking to expand to a realistic size just love any and all information they can get their hands on. Like the RT Sessions in the past, it should be the hit of the event.


I'm proposing Joe Harper (who already agreed), Al Paulsen, Fred Boyle, Tone-Loc Wheelwright and am open to a few more suggestions..

There are definite differences between running a one truck outfit and two.
Multi-truck, say up to 5 or 6 trucks is completely different from a one or two truck operation and just as different
as 10-20 trucks is from a 5 truck operation.

You CAN run a two truck operation from home but it becomes nearly impossible to run anything bigger form home.
So a home based vs Shop based is a whole other debate/discussion.

Not much point in having a bloke talking about a plant based 5 truck operation with someone else on the panel that
is talking about a home based two truck operation.

It's all about level of personal control and systems - two different conversations that should be blended in one confusing mess of mush.
