When was the last time you saw me say something wrong about a carpet wand?

I'll go out on a limb and say it will add 30 minutes of (unnoticed) dry time compared to the Chosen 12".

(and the Hole will be a solid lug, all the way across, just like the Sapphires)
Since you have tons of wands comparing some different ones with the same GPM would be an awesome video with dry times. Project Farm "Green Glides" addition.

That god-awful spray bar definitely looks grenade proof

I've seen many pretty
spray bars get ripped from wands as tired techs and owners yank them out of vans. Hose reels, shelf legs and other immovable objects always win the battle.

Had the mount first the single jet option been this beefy, I would offer it as well.

The Simple is simply a peach of a tool..

I don’t know, I love that chosen thing you sold me, but this one looks older and rougher than Marty.

We don't need more evidence of your poor detective skills sir.

Stick with a 12" for residential rinsing and your OP for commercial.

Many have asked for a 14" version of the Chosen, here it is.

Do you remember the arguments that Larry Capitoni and Bill Bruders had over the Upholstery Pro versus the PMF Internal Detail Tool (AKA HyDry Tool) Mike?

Tthere is much to be learned from feedback

Even if you cannot reach agreement with your critics here, this is what others may be thinking but just not telling you.

Sounds like you're not satisfied with what you have, which is?
The chosen wand, westpak low profile 1.75 12" wand, and Westpak low profile 1.5 14" wand.

The low profiles when cleaning is really nice as sliding under furniture that looks like you can't get under them. Most times I prefer the 14" head WP LP though the chosen wand would be second closely behind.

If someone chooses to not buy a wand based on the how aesthetically pleasing the jet manifold is, I'm more than happy to not have them as a customer.

Function before form.

Bill was correct, the internal PMF UPH tool is a turd.

Isn't that the one that was on the loaner program that I put back in the box after using it for 3 feet and you told me there was no way I could tell whether it was good or bad in that amount of time?
I recall doing a loaner program with the Dev and Zipper, possible the Mach 12.

I think it started with the Mach 12 but they say memory is the first to go.
The Mach 12 came out long before the sapphire titanium and although they now share a lot of the same features and visible pedigree, the sapphire did much better with its jet manifold setup than the Mach 12. It took all kinds of backyard fabrication to get it just right and in the end neither of them stayed put to my standards..
