Why did you stop commercial?

Should rephrase that to stopped doing after hours work.-
- Roi wasn't as good as residential
- Difficulty of retaining quality help to do night work.
- Offsite management firms controlling larger jobs.

Most of my commercial is strata condo buildings. Some of my most productive jobs. Just finished encapping one for just over $2000. Aprox 4 hours work with with a Trinity and an Oreck. Have another twin tower building that is $4500 that I will spend about 10-12 hours over 3 days. Just picked up another 3 buildings around the corner from that one for $3700. Will average $1200 per day over 3 days. I have many others that I hwe from $650-$800. Mostly 3-4 stories with 2 stairwells. I don't do restaurants or night work usually.
