Crunchy.

That line of foam he's leaving at the end of his stroke tells me he's not getting it rinsed out.
Doesn't look hot neither.

You are assuming he started at the door, and would be wrong.
He choice of direction for the doorway and behind the door is ideal for the first 2 cleanings- then followed up with working the way out the room.
I noticed he had "cleaned" the other part of the room 1st. But would have used a 360iBH instead.

Honestly besides flooding the carpet on the backstroke and awkward cleaning angles fighting the hose while cleaning and lack of efficiency I think he is doing better than most.

He is in a uniform he has a walk off blanket and a cool pocket for his spotter to hang from

I think he is doing fine

If it was pre-sprayed, not sure, it should have been scrubbed in and most of those spots would have been broken loose.

His wand technique is crude and will cause overlap wicking.

I think he may be hooked up to the kitchen sink faucet..

I didn't say he was perfect.
I was just saying the way he approached the door area and behind the door was fine.

He has a lot of improvements to make:
Needs more dry extraction passes.
better wand with glide
jets with less flow maybe- looked like he was flooding the carpet.
A rotary or CRB.
2-inch vac Hose instead of 1.5
🤔His solution hose looked like clear vinyl?? 😱 So maybe just Tap water.:dejection:
