How much do you guys charge per square foot for residential tile and grout cleaning? And do you charge differently for cleaning wall tile like in a shower?

.40 commercial, .50 residential., .30 to seal.

I gave up on shower surrounds. The soap scum drove me to failure.

If you do it correctly, it worth a buck a foot in a residential setting.
Or more...

Showers are a lot more work, usually. While once in a blue moon you'll run into one that only needs to be pressure washed with your HF gun, most are a time consuming pita.

I'll assume that you're just getting into HS work.
Watch my hard surface videos on YT and seriously consider coming to the Vegas class in September

Adam, you find that 90% or more of professional tile cleaner only own a 12" spinner...

It's fairly easy to compete if you have clients who own home with corners.

Watching one of your videos and there's a tool in the video and I cant seem to find it anywhere on the internet. The CRC Multi Tool if you have a link to where I could get one that'd be great.

How much you willing to work for? Don't worry about what others charge...If you're just starting out charge less...If you have a bankroll charge more...If your busy charge more...People pay whatever you dictate...
