I must be a mechanical genius with my 405 or my tech give real good Phone support I change a water pump on the machine rebiult the chemical pump system and replaced all the metering valves and bypass valves replaced vac heat exchangers re did wiring thanks to the manual color cordinated I feel with the manual there nothing I cant do.
I understand how much simpler alot of these other machines are but they're not all exactly cheap either for being overly simplified!
and any problems with the burner system propane or diesel thats not something everyone can fix at a local hardware store!
I had a steam genie sgs 36 and a prochem 150a pretty simple units themselves. I love my 405's
