I had one like that yesterday. Good money but I would have been happy just doing the carpet. That being said. It came out nice and the money went toward buying a two person tube for the boat. The kids will be having a blast tomorrow on the lake.

AZ requires a license for anything above $1k and that includes materials. Even if doing demo if materials removed and your labor is above $1k you can open yourself up to trouble
