Back to the topic, yea I would agree with most others, this specific reply from the customer on a large platform such as FB, definitely needed a response, and I would say you nailed it. We always do our best to not let emotion get involved, so any time there is negative feedback, multiple people will discuss over the reply after it was written, before posting.
