the new screw top pool filter was recalled (my wire basket separated from the rubber ring) and got this new beefy version. the ring at the bottom was not on the original design

and I got a new ring for my SX15, the old BETA version wont stay on in rough stone situations, does not fall off just does not sit right..

not sure if this new one is going to help but it is made a little differently but with out it being rigid (and round :shock: ) I have my doubts..

My filter burst at the seem in the middle. Also had the ring problem too. Just quit using the thing!

Filter works but the SX15 has issues


the plastic vacuum head is way too flexible and the brush and teflon rings wont stay put.

Maybe on a 12 inch head that sort of plastic would work but on a 15 inch it wont stay round.
