I totally disagree. Not only are the dilutions terrible but the products are not very effective.
It's all dummied down so nobody can cause a problem...or clean worth a darn either!

Even the jan-san extractors are dumbed down. They expect all their clients to be like Jimmy.
Or the opposite of lying about the dilution ratios.

But in my opinion have never cared for any of his products.
The only jansan product I use is Betco's Fibercap MP.
I use about half of what they suggest dilution ratio wise.
Fab set/Flex powder/Power point / Grungegone-Bio break/encapuclean etc

I use their o2 encapuclean. I find it very effective on coffee and other beverage stains. Use with the sprayborg or Cimex.

It's the SAME thing but a little cheaper.
But alas it's a FILM FORMER too
