I totally disagree. Not only are the dilutions terrible but the products are not very effective.

It's all dummied down so nobody can cause a problem...or clean worth a darn either!

I use about half of what they suggest dilution ratio wise.

I use their o2 encapuclean. I find it very effective on coffee and other beverage stains. Use with the sprayborg or Cimex.
