Vacuum leak?

My 2010 savanna with the butler seams like it has a vacuum leak. When shutting the machine down it takes a few seconds for the rpms to drop. It has also revved up on its own while at idle or low rpm without machine running.

The heat and a/c shut down when while accelerating and at highway speeds sometimes hardly running at all.

I'm taking it to a local shop but am going to call butler to see if it could be part of that system

Anyone have any ideas?

Idle it. Grab a can of starting fluid and spray it carefully around vacuum hoses and stuff. If the rpms increase then yes you have a vacuum leak.

I use a propane torch.
Flame OFF of course

Yeah I was thinking of degreaser to kill the rpms.

Talked to butler they think it may be the throttle body.
