Yeah, that logo... The whole idea of a logo is to allow illiterates to know what you do. A nicer (Fred) way of saying that might be that it should be recognizable at a glance. If you think the logo has value after everyone finishes making fun of it, I'd suggest a smaller version on the door.
Move the "Systems floor care" forward to the door, making the word systems smaller, bullet point what you do in the space now open at the upper back of the panel, and move your phone number and web address to space at the bottom of the panel. A standard layout, but quick-glance readability is what you want.
If the busyness of the background blue/black pattern detracts from readability, I'd calm it down a little as well.
