Do you think you would get the same response from customers 3 weeks after the cleaning as you do the same day? I can't imagine why someone would want to do a testimonial unless there is a heavy financial incentive.

I've watched quite a few of these asked for testimonials and they all feel scripted and forced.

Every time I get a client over joyed with my results. I kick my self in the ass for not having my camera in my van.

probably from the "cheerleader" type custys that have been with you for years.
I'd also s'pect they'd have to be the out going, confident type personality as not to be insecure about their "public video" performance

I s'pose it's quite possible some of the long term cheerleaders might.
incentives like free/discounted cleanings sure wouldn't be out of the question though.
matter of fact, if i was to have them, I'd probably offer something just as courtesy thank you.
