The bathroom vanity will have to be pulled and likely the kitchen cabinets too (our office has a kitchen) since that's the wall that borders the neighbor with the flood. That wall got pretty soaked.

It'll turn out fine I'm sure.

An I R camera is actually useless when it comes to moisture behind cabinets...as it reads surface temp.

Yes I agree, it has lots of limitations with many surfaces but I'd never get caught dead without one.
