We lost a fellow Lake Tahoe carpet cleaner...

I just found out yesterday about the death of Kevin Wightman, one of my friendly competitors at North Shore of Lake Tahoe...

and was recognized by the USSA... United States Ski and Snowboard Association

He was a good guy to have as a fellow cleaner...one time I asked him to help me out because my truck was getting a new transmission...he spent a whole day cleaning my jobs...and yes, I paid him well for the day!

Kevin was a good friend, father, customer and more importantly he was a great man. He will be sorely missed around here.

He was certainly a fantastic snow skier! He was a stuntman in the movie Hot Dogs too? Wow!

Did you ever find out what happened?

I can't help but wonder if he was involved in a snow ski accident.

I found out through his employee that he took his own life. Jaime still seemed pretty broke up about it so I didn't ask which method he used. It sounds like his divorce hit him a little harder than most thought.
