We get lots of people dropping off and picking up rugs and cushions here in our office.

While they wait they read articles and look at pictures on the wall. We figured since we had a captive audience and we already had gathered up the photos for our website, we might as well show them on the monitor. When I get a minute I'm going to add some background music to it.

Dan killed some of our neighbors at a home show playing Enya as a background music by the third day they asked us to please play anything else. LOL

A good idea Richard. Since the cost per square inch seems optimal at 40" that's what we used. Seemed silly large for something that people can walk right up to, but people stand there with their rug watching the entire video. The video does include a shop tour, so we have fewer people sneaking back to get a look at the wash.

I like the shop tour idea! Thanks, that's really a good idea!

We have a larger monitor in our conference room for training and previewing project prior to the going to the jobs site as well as when there is a problem. Works really well for us.

Looks real nice Richard!

Are you selling your own brand products as well?

Typical Richard.

Class act mate, way to go.

I also would advise against music, I know how annoying it can be.

BUT.............

What about captions running across the bottom explaining what is happening?

This tends to keep people more interested, and not think about you sitting out the back having a coldie. :icon_razz:
