sounds like the plug wire is not seating right on the new plugs.....could be lose and going to ground.......

some plugs have the top tip that screws on...could be lose........

wires could of got crossed when you put the new ones in and then you got them right when you put the old ones back in....( Yes this can happen ).....

bad gap on plugs........

could be bad plugs..the odds of getting both of them bad are slim..but I have seen stupider thing happen.........

Joey;

The new plugs may have a larger gap.

That may have put more stress on one of the coils.

It may be marginal in voltage delivered.

Might be time for a coil replacement (fairly common part replacement).

Thanks larry I gapped them to.07. The old ones work fine ill try some more new ones later this week. Its probably time for a coil pack. The Honda has 2900 hours and never anything wrong with it. Ever..
