 oh no you diuuunt! I refuse to be called a simpleton!

Pssst whutts a simpleton?

Truthfully I don't give a rats ass if he's telling the truth or lying. I only wanted to befriend him when he 'had" money. :p

Hell I can lose money with the best of them, I want to be friends with the guy that can hang on to his money.

Welcome aboard Kip! There is no place like home.

Why all the lies about the bankrupt RV dealer. You were never the GM, Dundee Kelbel was for over 15 years. Very easy to find an email on him as he went to work for the firm that purchased the real estate in Beavdry's bankruptcy. My guess is he won't even know who you are.

Kid , When you come on here and disrespect this board by insulting the intelligence of everyone on here with such bullshit stories, you will be checked out. I have an email on Thomas Sylvester also, the CEO of the bankrupt RV dealer that paid you more than the CEO. I bet he doesn't have a clue who you are either.

Okay let's start here....

First Dundee was not there for 15 years, he wasn't there until some time in 2009 I believe...I was already gone

Second go ahead and email Sylvester...he sure will know who I am. Did your super detective skills pull up the name Marty Holman (COO) he was there 25 years or how about Bob Burden he actually built and had ownership in the RV side of the Beaudry company with Lee Beaudry. I have both their phone numbers (Marty and Bob) in my phone, h3ll I am going to see Marty tomorrow...I helped him for the last 6 months get Consignment Specialist off the ground in phoenix (RV Dealership) he still pays me to help with marketing and do SEO work for the website rvarizona.net

Here I put a little message for you on the website http://rvarizona.net/JoinOurTeam.aspx

I won't leave that link up long for obvious reasons....

or you can check this out...

I really don't like being called a liar

Yes I was the GM of Beaudry RV Phoenix

http://www.ripoffreport.com/rv-dealers/ ... -87fzf.htm

Second paragraph customer identifies me as GM....I am not portrayed in a very good light, and yes I see the shots coming already with the reviews posted earlier however there was nothing I could do for this lady, the company would not refund her money so my hands were tied...I did bill over $10k against the company in the service department to try to make it right for this lady....

I have the sales agreement drawn up for the sale of my business to Clean Choice but there is no way to load an attachment on this forum? How about I email it to Mike?

My original agreement was to sell Above and Beyond for $115,000 and be able to continue operating a tile and grout company (that's why I started Clean Slate) the equipment was valued at $25K in the transaction the rest was for websites and customer base "Good Will"...The agreement also gave them first right of refusal to buy Clean Slate which shortly after this agreement I thought I was going to relocate so I went ahead and sold them Clean Slate as well for an additional $19K (new website, trailer and prochem performer).

I can also show you emails with Phil B of me not sure if I even want to do the deal because I didn't want to give up $200k plus a year, but in the end I knew I would never get a chance to cash out like this again...

Google clean choice and check the map you will see ready auto transport (ratmoves.com) in the same building that's their primary company

Visit Cleanchoice.com and notice they have the EXACT same coupons as the ones on the websites they bought from me

Well any comments from all the bashers? Seem his response has gone unnoticed.

As for his past or what he made, I have no idea. Just thought in fairness I should post this.

So I guess my comment just gets ignored since there is no juicy mud slinging in it.

Well if you contributed to this board more than 6 posts since registering almost a year ago, perhaps more people would think to respond. Some may think you are just a "backlinker"..

I noticed that the core group here usually ignores a person that doesn't contribute much.

Just watch it: if there is a question from a person that never says anything, that goes ignored much more than the same question from a "board veteran".
Understandably so.
Some folks only think to say anything when they are in need or trouble but to comment and help others- oh nooo they don't have time and/or afraid to say anything.

No, I noticed. I'm just impressed you stayed this long.

Something to say for someone who can take a lickin' and still come back. We like that here.

Really, you wouldn't have gotten slammed so bad, if you didn't come on and first post start swinging your dick around like a porn star. It's liable to get lopped off unless you keep it in your pants. It's okay to be proud of it...but have a little humility.

Take care,
Lisa

Well that's ironic since $1KaDay only had a few posts and he got plenty of thoughtful responses. For whatever it's worth I have no idea what a backlinker is so I can't honestly tell you I'm not one. Although I suspect I'm not.
I was just interested in speaking up for some of $1KaDay's positive attributes after so many had tarred and feathered the guy.
Kip has always answered any question I've asked him in a most helpful way. He is knowledgeable about the business, web sites and advertising as well as sales. That said, he and I have differences of opinion as well. But I don't think he deserved what I read here. That's all, just had to say what I had to say. You can take it for what it's worth or continue to ignore it and me as well.

If Kip can continue to hand out FREE, usable time tested techniques to help improve our businesses I really don't care if he sodomized RV tire kickers or cheated on his wife with a Google sales rep.

I sense that he is a true asshole and a pretty darn sharp business dude who would have lots of fun here so let nix the crucifixion and see how he plays out..

If nothing else i think we can all agree that this guy has shown us that when it comes to making money in this game that marketing is more significant than performance. I wonder if his business model would work when incorporated with a strong code of ethics.

Sometimes i wonder if being ethical in business is just another form of being naive.
I always treat people better than even i would expect to be treated myself.

I agree with you 100% Eco. 1K is an asset to any of these boards. Does come off strong at times but never as bad as I've seen done to him lately. You're a good man yourself too Eco.

Sorry you felt left out....your question was about the domain names I believe. The only thing I can think of is when I sold the company to them instead of transfering the domains to another account I simply gave them my Godaddy account, in the domain manager you have to go physically change those settings and they probably never did...

you also asked about Clean Slate and I did address that....

You can fire questions all day, it's easy to answer because it will all hold up

Anything else inspector gadget?

Well Thomas what are you dreaming about?
Do you you see yourself behind the wand or swing machine running around the countryside being a hero to the housewives of Boise or do you invision sitting behind a desk dreaming up ways to cheat Google, the IRS, customers and your sub contractors while you make all the money?....and sit on these forums all day bragging about it?

Maybe we should start with finding out what you already know before I sell you one of my coveted Ride A Long© DVDs?

I'll give you the condensed version of my working life...

Started out at 18 with a pizza franchise as a delivery driver, then asst., then store manager, then director of ops, then opened my first franchise at age 23...ending up owning two stores.

Sold out and went into sales at Beaudry RV, then asst., then sales manager, then national sales manager, then GM of the Phoenix dealership at age 32 (had over 150 employees working for me and my monthly nut to break even was 1.5 million, ouch)...2007 came and market crashed lost my $350K job 3 house 6 cars chopper boats etc etc etc...living like a dumba$$ I spent every dollar I made

sooooo..there I was realizing that the end was near, my 401K was down to about $12k...I was driving a cab just to try to feed my family and pay the mortgage on a small house we bought (yes I managed to finagle a home purchase while short selling 3 homes...took some creative financing)

I knew a friend who had been in the CC biz and I thought that the service business might be good to be in even during a recession. I bought a 1999 van with a bane clene system. Took it down to the local supplier and asked how to use it...after they were done laughing at me they suggested I get something else...I ended up with a old Prochem 100A and sold the bane system.

Went to work teaching myself as I went how to clean carpet and tile. I ended up doing $178K my first year then $235K my second year, in that time I upgraded my TM 4 times, ended up with a Prochem Everest...during my third year I was so busy I decided I wanted to sell off the business I was getting from the other side of town...since I was just referring out most the work for free anyway.

An investment group who owned alot of different businesses was looking to buy up smaller CC businesses to start their own CC business contacted me. After seeing the amount of business that I had coming in off my websites and customer base they made me a cash offer I could not refuse. It changed my life...I now own my home, cars and two other business free and clear. I live debt free and am so much happier than when I was a stress case as a GM pulling down $350K.

I am not the best carpet cleaner in the world. But I have a pretty good head on my shoulders when it comes to building a business. I am a master of how the mind works, sales, marketing, etc Beaudry RV spent 10 of thousands of dollars on me in training, so that was one good thing I got out of that.

I come accross as pretty much a jacka$$ on these forums, but it's just in fun...I am not even in the CC biz right now but still like hanging out on the boards...my non-compete is up next year so I am already planning to get back in the game then....

Wow, this turned out alot longer than I thought...anyway that's my story

Off the subject a bit, but hey, 1$K, where's a good place to rent a small RV for a cross country trip? Just enough room to sleep 2, and a dog......
