Been having a bit of strife here in not being able to post.

Noticed a few things (icons) would not post correctly on another forum and there was also a post about bugs in the computer.

One guy advised me to clear my cache ????????????


Didn't have a clue as to what he meant.

He gave me instructions for IE, but I use Mozilla Firefox.

So I Googled cache for Firefox & cleared it as stated.

Seems I can post here again, and also reply to my private messages.

Hope I can remember this for next time.

Well, sort of, do you have crabs ??

In the east of Oz, we calls them Yabbies.

Over in the west, they calls them Marron.

Tiny little critters, no bigger than a prawn, about 6-8 inches long after the heads removed.



Our prawns, (your shrimps) are tasty little buggers, leader prawn uncooked on left, cooked prawn on right.

You should also be clearing your: browsing history, browsing data, download history, cookies and what ever else you want to keep off the internet.

Pretty sure on firefox it's under tools, you can set this up so it clears every time you close a browser or log off. I clear everything but passwords.


You know how to/or have you ever done a disk defrag? Or disk clean up?

I've seen it there to clear browsing history, but only done it once..

Not into stuff that generally has bugs so I didn't think it necessary.

I'll check it out tomorrow to see about clearing it all bar the passwords. Thanks.
