I like the idea of a 6 inch but with a single jet doesn't seem like it's going to clean the full 6 inch width.

Interesting. Then blower size may matter.I think going with a 2 inch tube and that wide of a vac opening you will lose suction. Water will gurgle out like using a portable sucking up a flight of stairs.
To make a long story short, don't waste your money on tools that sit in the garage or van? Can anyone come up with a wand "like" tool for tile and grout cleaning that is effective?Well..
On Vinyl floors it's a near twin of the HF wand.
A bit more water escapes from the ends (110s should swapped out to 95s)
Brush ring flexes more due to no support ring
Ergos are more traditional but the handle needs to held higher than the HF for good extraction
The 14" on both tools is too wide and hard to fight to get much benefit out of the swivel. It should be rigid and have a 12" option with a swivel.
Both tools would benefit from a much narrower vac slot to speed up velocity.
A glided wand is quicker on LVP as it is....
When a carpet wand's narrow chamber sucks the water up with ease, that should be a hint also to make it more narrowMy dream HS wand would be a 12" swivel, 6 jet, narrow vac chamber, brush ring with sliding support.
There is no need for the giant vac chambers on these wands.
The 14" should be rigid imo. Too much effort to control and doesn't work along toilets anyways..
Craig, bring a note pad to Scottsdale.
