I have done work for this customer for about 25 years. 1 mold job, 1 fire job, and 3 water damage jobs, and about 30 carpet and upholstery jobs. The latest is a carpet and upholstery and protection job for about $4,500. His wife has developed a severe pet dander allergy and we are doing the entire house. This should raise my job average for the month! Real nice folks. Super particular but fair and honest. I dont do anywhere near the work some here do in cleaning but a job like this is pretty cool. We will have two trucks, two techs onsite plus one laborer to move and vac. Should be done in a day. Missed the sale on protector though. With about 100 customers like this I would be set. Just thought I would share the joy.
