For that setup above, I would look for a tank that can be installed under the hose reels. A bunch of wasted space is in that area

I’ll bet by the time you add the tank weight, hoses, fittings etc, you’d be tipping the scale at 900 plus…

Depending on the total weight of ALL equipment, chems and passengers, what is the maximum amount the van can carry?

Load it NOW, less the fresh tank, go to a weight scale, do the math…

That will determine what size of tank they can install.

I have an Everest and 90 Gal. In my 2500 with no issues.
I beg to differ. I bet it's over loaded.
Reminds of the time, a guy's tires caught on fire because his truck was overloaded.. I extinguished the fire for him with my Vortex.
Then the Fire crew showed up. I left the scene before they accused me of "illegal dumping". 😆🤣

Ahh! no big deal. Just put some new brake pads on the van every year. You'll be good. Don't be a wimp!
Tires have a weight limit as well. And might want to beef up the suspension as well.
GVW is the total fully weight. NOT the Payload amount.
Safety First is my moto.

Ford Transit Cargo Van TrimsCurb Weight
1504,985 - 5,442 lbs.
2504,985 - 5,740 lbs.
3504,985 - 5,821 lbs.
350 HD5,743 - 6,053 lbs.

I'm going to presume the high wt variations are are hi-top models

the 250 have a 4000 pound payload capacity
the 350 is less :headscratch: ????

looks like a 250 is more than enough.
and the only reason to pay extra for the 350 is the ability to go dually axle and really bump up capacity

I don't know about the inferior brand vans....🤭

Curb weight IS NOT the payload weight. It's the weight of the empty van
Have 250 can carry four thousand pounds!?
It's awesome if it's true.

I was lucky enough when I bought my Apex, it came with a factory fresh water tank. I believe it's aprox 90 gallons. I can fill it from the top as I'm doing here, attach a hose to a fitting and it will stop when full and what nice, there is a overflow plumbed into the truck so that you can't overflow it. This is the first truck mount that I have had a decent sized fresh tank and loving it so far. We have good water access here, so not really necessary but it eliminates setting up a fresh hose every job.

I know this is peppered with sarcasm…

If you get into an accident, your or their fault, the insurance company proves you are running OVER weight, your insurance is nul and void…you or the company is on the hook for damages and any lawsuit that entails….
