So the carpet turned out very nice and evenly clean, looking great. (it was groomed out)
Few days gone by since the cleaning...
I stopped in, because I was a few doors down.

Let me tell you: we're achieving a new level of stupid in this country! Upon my observation, I came to the conclusion that I can not help with their issues. The footprints are from their body weight pressing into the carpet that was evenly "sticking up" after it was groomed.


I tried explaining that they were just used to having the cut pile evenly matted down throughout. Now that it was cleaned and brushed it is standing up and every step they take will press it down.
Sorry that's not a cleaning problem.

Uummmm....they want me to fix it.
