I have/had only one. Started him out at $20, he's at $25 now, with time and half on Saturdays and Sundays.

This guy is my twin when it comes to what is expected.

my assistant gets 10% when with me, works out to ~$12/HR. About double that when he goes out by hisself

Just hired a guy. First week 10$. If he makes the cut he go's to 11$. After a month he go's on commish of 13% and as he learns more and proves himself he will go to 15%

I pay my helper in shoes and purses. I don't know what it computes to hourly, but she makes out quite well. lol.
