I can't figure this out and neither can some other cleaners I called. Now I have one of the reps from the product coming out to this customers house tomorrow to see what the hell.
We cleaned this ceramic tile using Viper Venom w Citrus Powder. We have cleaned this type of tile along with many others with this prodcut. Mixed up and rinsed as recommended as always done at every other job. The customer called us the next day saying it looked hazy or possibly stained. It almost looks like a residue. We went back out and recleaned as recommended by the product manufacture with an acidic product. Used Viper Renew (second time out) on a small portion of the tile (this is acidic). Still no change. We then used a floor stripper thinking it was some polish or wax the customer maid service put down. Still nothing. Used a PH neutral cleaning agent, nothing. Because we don't have a truck mount I called another company and PAID For them to re clean it. Nothing changed. We went back out and scrubbed w a red pad and a paste stone scrubber. Nothing changed.
I have a rep for the product coming to the customers house tomorrow to see what's going on. I was hoping someone on here may have a suggestion to. If this can't be figured, out she wants to file an insurance claim w our insurance. I don't see how we caused this, but since it wasn't this bad before we cleaned it, it's obviously our fault. Has anyone came across this before?? Any suggestions?
