I'd rather go over the areas more than once with 300 psi than blast the poop out of them at 600psi.

95% of the time I'm 400psi with 02 jets.
What kind of heat is your 370 holding at 8 flow

Mine with my 9 flow 360i does well but the aggitator is doing far more than the heat.

Running prochem quad w/1.5s at 400 psi. Seams good. Should I bump the psi? Should I go bigger? 4.8 blower so recovery is no a problem. Just always concerned about over wetting. I spray forward and bs k then double dry pass with slotted glide.

I felt the .02 caused more fiber distortion even at lower pressure so I switched to .015. still get it but not as bad.

I may try them again, it's been awhile since I used them.

We determined it didn't matter unless your TM was one of DooDaddys.

4 jets..01s at 600 psi

OR

4 jets..02s at 300 psi?
The 8 flow will flush better. It's like washing your car. When it's time to rinse the soap off, what works faster? High pressure nozzle on thin stream, or low pressure on a broader flow?

#4 @ 600 PSI =1.55 GPM
#8 @ 300 PSI = 2.19 GPM - Winner . . . more Impact, Better Cleaning,

Decent TM's will do better with even more GPM.

The 4 Jet Ti was one of the best Ti wands.

Your 012 flow is limited by the 1/4" solution line,

but still going in the right direction.

I clean at 400 PSI with 4 #02 jets on a 2" TI wand.

When the wand is keyed, the 400 PSI drops to 350 PSI.

When the second wand is keyed the pressure drops to 335 PSI. The second wand has 2 #9503 jets.

I have found this setup gives me great cleaning/flushing without over-wetting.

Spraying Systems has lots of jet impact info.

Double the GPM and you get DOUBLE the impact.

Double the PSI and you get 1.44 x the impact.

Most T&G cleaners are running two #0502 jets.

We have been changing them to two #0503 jets,

and seeing a significant increase in cleaning power (50%) .
