Well for one the 3 million dollar home should 't matter on the pricing (except the potential for future business ). I would charge my standard minimum service whatever that may be. If you wanted to tack on a $50 for emergency response I would 't see any issue with that either.

Why does it matter how much the home is worth? sO YOU HAVE DIFFErent pricing structures for Poor, Lower middle class , upper middle class and rich? All my customers get charged the same unless the hose run is a pain in the ass.

I agree with Waldo, I clean for billionaires and they get charged the same square foot or linear rates my single wide trailer dwellers do.

Only distance to jobs, after hours, or complex set ups increase our normal rates.

I'd be at the $150 mark regular time but no way am I getting out of my Recliner for an extra $50 at 9:30pm.
Now, if I had a willing tech to go. Sure.

Our crew would be coming in from home so we would charge a $250 minimum after 9 pm, more if really far away.

Free...................... but they would have to adopt me.
:winky:

$250.00 but we would try to push it off until the AM if they would let us, where it would be about half that.

They don't have a dog that can eat the chunks and pre-condition the spot with it's tongue ? It's a trade off for picking the dog's crap off of the yard.

Ya emergency service charge $150.00 min. sounds good. I would tell them to sprinkle baking soda all over it then towel it.
