I'd check with Phillip Newell at Signs Amigo. You get the file he design's you. It's yours and you can have Gotprint print them very reasonable.

I like Ketterings stuff but I want the file.

Nope he'll do design only and send you the hi-res CMYK files that you need for print. He also does just printing if you've had something else designed and want him to print it, just send him the files.

But do agree, either Ryan or Phillip will do a great job as I've used both of them.
