I'm guessing the tank overflowed and black water came out of the blower that I've overfilled that countless times and never seen this before..

Fortunately I have a appointment for belt maintenance next week at my local interlink, as well as a mysterious water leak that I don't want to deal with PXL_20250410_174341818.jpgPXL_20250410_174345381.jpg

Hopefully, it's just dirty water, not oil.

Do you follow the manual’s terrible instructions to spray water displacement lubrication in the port at the end of every day of use?

If so, it’s just buildup mixed with the water going through the blower

Take the lid off your tank, crank up the machine and turn ip the rpm and run some fresh water through the blower, flushing out the contaminated buildup. Then put the lid back on, run it full throttle, full load and let it burn out any moisture. Once you’ve done that, turn it off and take off the lid to prevent any more moisture from building up. I’m sure you already know this, but some might not. Bawb taught me that process back in 2016 I think

Really? With waste tank water?

Try mixing a degreaser (purple power or similar) with boiling hot water in a pump up, pull the blower filters, and spray directly into the intake.

Then rinse with clean, boiling hot water for 3-5 minutes…

Then run a water dispersal lubricant (spray for 5-8 seconds ) and run machine for an additional 5-8 minutes.

I didn’t mean to rinse it out with waste water. Sorry for the confusion.

I agree with your instruction on flushing it out

Actually Matt, my post was directed @ Admiral Oink….
I’ve periodically run this system, and yes, it seems to flush ALOT of shmeg from the blower motor….

I was however, advised by my TM manufacturer to never do this….

YMMV.

9 years in with my rig, and things (seem) to be going swimmingly.

I usually do this BEFORE a scheduled fluid change with the blower and water pump.
