Whats your opinion on this repair

Old berber that was separated from the backing. Had 20 minuets to repair before guest arrived. The bad section was cut out and edges glued to stop more backing from peeling off. Carpet in this area was stretched and resealed with cool glide. Seem looks a little ruff but its inside the only door so the traffic should smash it down better. Total time was less than 15 minuets. I dont care for the way the seem looks but everyone that was their said it looked great. Whats your opinion?

Not bad, but in situations like these.. stretch to it if you can and stay it if its on wood with some nails, otherwise on concrete:

Nice, considering the time frame. Ever done any grafting with berbers?
