I suspect AT is not because they don't have a sales department. (If I'm wrong, and they do have a sales department, they need to fire them.) I suspect the engineers, bean counters and rachet drivers think somebody else should be doing the sales work.

Just one Mikey-peep could do them a ton of good.

they did one better, they gots the New Zoo Review

Too funny.

One minute on the phone with Hicks and Blueline gets the sale.

Well the PowerClean DXT followed that school of thought, it has a junior but happy following, we'll see who is next.

I talked to the guys at FMI about it and they were VERY positive about the move over to Isuzu. They sell several different brands and work on all of them. They think Isuzu is the best all around truck.

Questions that I have asked several times and have never gotten an answer on:

1. What is the real world MPG loaded of a Vortex?

2. What is the real world burn of fuel per hour? I've heard 1.7 for a long time. Is it really the same?

3. What is the real life expectancy of these machines?

4. Is there a Vortex around with 10,000 hours on it? 8,000 hours? That hasn't had a major engine rebuild or a new blower?

.

I will tell you what the 8000Q owners tell me. Driving at 55-60 with the C/C on they say they get 14MPG. 80-85 it drops to 9-10 MPG. Driving around town they say its 10-12 depending how hard they push it. Funny thing is they tell me it doesn't seem to matter if the 250 gallon fresh tank is full or not.

A dealer in NY fuel tested the V and it ran 1.7-1.8 under full load per hour.

I can't track every truck out there so I don't have an exact answer for hours and maintenance.

Was it the 6008 Tri wand?
or the 747 wide body
or the 7000 Stealth
or the 8000 Quiet?

Did Shawn chat with Kenny over the name game?
