Which VLM combo actually works?

What's new in the VLM world? Do CRB machines outclean OP or Cimex? What juice works best for that apartment grungefest you cleaned last week?

An apartment manager told me they had one guy that used to do work for them that used a floor buffer looking machine and whatever cleaner he used would remove everything - including red stains. I have not been able to produce anything but mediocre results on truly dirty carpet. I have used a CRB, OP, floor machine with every pad and brush imaginable, and even owned a Cimex at one point.

I have tried a wide variety of everything from encap juice to starter fluid to get these awesome results I see other people get but I still haven't been able to make it shine. What is the secret sauce? I have a suspicion that maybe Indiana water doesn't work with shampoo.

Thats what they always seem to say about the last guy. i had a guy tell me the product he had would remove the stain if i couldn't. well then why was i there. he already had the carpet soaked from his attempts.

Don't ever use CTI Pro’s Choice Brush & Bonnet Cleaner.

Unfortunately BridgePoint was out of the Encap 02 at Interlink for 4 days - so we picked up 2 gallons of this crap to try. Horrible.

Are you usually using compound along with encap or primarily compound on its own?

Don't ever use CTI Pro’s Choice Brush & Bonnet Cleaner.
