So here's the deal
I have a deal to clean all the carpet upstairs and staircase and all the vinyl downstairs and in the upstairs baths and closets in 110 units.
I dust mop the vinyl first, then vacuum the carpet, bring in the pressure hose and spray one cleaner on all the carpet and the vinyl up stairs. I use the 10"
CRB to scrub everything upstairs and the stair case. I use a 12" carpet wand to rinse all of that. I've yet to have one that needs a RE. Once done I use the HF to spray the vinyl down stairs and then mop it around with a stripped micro finer mop.
All but one of them have needed a
CRB scrubbing too. This one in particular did not look bad at all and as I was mopping it all the visible spots were going away but something was tugging at me to use the ten inch (abba?)...and wow was I glad I did. after the first twenty feet all the poly carpet fuzz fell out then the gunk you see in the pic started to drop out. It was really fine hair and mud. Dog hair that was hiding in the faux wood grain. After wanding it looked really bright.
After listening to their complaints about the last goober, I'm convinced he only mopped those vinyl. They are thrilled with my results. I'm the first in 20 companies to give a shit.
Today I also cleaned one of the office staff's homes. 4 kids and two old bull dogs.... Came out PERFECT.
Carpet wise...
The TEN/NINE is KING!
I'm still shocked at what I"m getting in those paint filters, even when I don't RE.
@Nomad74 are you listening....
Its all about the slow wand strokes..
