This small little 600 sq ft house the cat urine smell is atrocious. Lady wants it fixed so she can rent it.

Appears the odor is in the Grout, I don't think it's in the wood or the lamenant wood have more edge lifting.

Any suggestions besides run.

Sam, mop it with a nuetral cleaner, then immediately follow up with a generous application of Unleashed Unduz-it enzyme stuff. About $30/gallon from whoever sells it locally, but it is advertised on MB too.

You MUST douche out under, behind and above the baseboards. Expect a LOT UNDER THE CABINETS. Don't be surprised if the urine has run under the laminate and warn your customer.

Situations like this prove that "carpet removal" doesn't guarantee odor removal.

I moved the stove back and forth and out squirmed this feline up under the sink to only reappear in the drawer.

I knew a cat had gotten in since my last visit since there was fresh pee and a few dropping.

Used a gallon of pet stain off . Then dropped 2 odor control foggers are hoping for the best will go back
And check in 2 days

Might need major soak of a "Cide" type product too... But you know what you are running into
