I think they originally did both,first clean with a porty, then follow up with a pad.If I owned one,that is what my method would be.Sure beats the hell out of that Vortex

That being said, just look at Chem Dry, they probably get 1 or 2 happy customers a month with their shitty equipment. Any carpet cleaner can get lucky.

I had CD clean my carpets for years and was happy as hell. People don't know the diference.

didn't she say they cleaned the carpet at her work, is that how she found out about them, so didn't seek them out they happen to be available

something tells me she would have done the same for you if you cleaned her carpet for free as an exchange

A couple of months ago I had a customer return back to us, she had went to another cleaner. When talking to her she says that her neighbor started a carpet cleaning company so she has him clean the carpet.
